Creep Life

I decided to be a creep & go around taking random pictures of people's footwear that I thought might be interesting or that I like. It's kind of weird asking a stranger "Hey, I run a footwear blog & I like your shoes, can I take a picture?" But whatever. If not ill just sneak & take it. Release your inner Greek

While snooping through Instagram pages I landed upon a great fashion page & fell in love instantly. Usually I'm not a shoe, sandal person but these are HAWT af. I love anything thigh-high or over the knee (weird obsession). These are just great all around.

Chucking.

I am a firm believer that you can not call yourself a sneaker head or a collector if you only dabble in one  area of the game. Nike does create heat but so does other brands & that's why I decided on featuring one of my fav brands ever :: Chuck Taylor aka Converse. From every color to every style Chuck Taylor always releases some of the best kicks....not the most comfortable (depends on your foot type) but definitely a classic. They can be worn with everything, worn at anytime, worn in any weather (I've done it in snow, with thick socks). Everyone should have at least, at one point owned a pair of red chucks or a pair of black. Doesn't matter who you are. One of the best Converse stores is located in the greatest place ever (bias) NYC, in Soho on Broadway. That's where I found the loves of my life ::

St.Patrick Day Retro Ones:: These are an either you're going to love them or hate them. Personally I love them for the amazing neon green color featured. If you're the typical red, white, & black color schemer then this would be a great addition to your collection. Warning :: if you don't like attention, these aren't for you

                          

#KOTD 07/03/13

Don't recall when they dropped but for some reason they were a MUST have. Then again all Retro 9s are must haves. Coming in as the first KOTD post :: Killroy 9s. My favorite thing about these sneakers is the tongue. I scripted on the inside lies the words "Killroy kicks butt". Cool huh?! One thing people don't know is where the heck did the name Killroy come from.... Well, while Jordan used to play ball he had a bunch of "alter-egos" & Johnny Killroy happened to be one. Royal Blue 1's

Re-Released on Feb 16th, 2013. These Retro 1s made the perfect pickup. Whether it was a "Treat yourself" day or as in my case "After-Valentines Day Cheer-Upper". First designed by Peter Moore these bad boys were released in 1985 & has been creating a buzz on the sneaker scene ever since. Constructed of a soft leather these fit like a glove & are quite comfortable. If you ever catch these I'd advise you to buy them right then & there. They're a great investment !

Allow me to please introduce myself, my name is Netroya Bazilio, formally called Madison :: Maddie for short.

-Now I'm not going to sit here & give you my life story because that's just boring. But I will give you a brief overview ;; I'm your typical broke college student just trying to make it in society. I like shopping, eating, people watching #CreepLife and just hanging with my friends. What does any of that have to do with my blog? Nothing. But you still read it. 

But anyhoo... Why did I create this blog? Cause I love kicks. I love the smell of opening a new box, the feel of putting on a new pair, the attention of people watching. I love it all. It's like a rush for me. BUT here's the weird part : I'm a female. Crazy huh? Everyone has this whole "Females don't know kicks" thing going on & THAT'S why I made my blog. To show everyone that not only males dominate the game but us ladies do too.

Now don't think I won't feature male collectors or try to knock anyone's hustle cause Love is Love. But just don't let my gender fool you. I'm NOT one of those "Omg, I want the red, black & white Concords" broads. I'm true to this.
